Refund Policy for Musicyrics Venture Digital Marketing Services

Eligibility for Refund

  1. Refunds are applicable only for clients who have purchased the 1-year package.
  2. Clients must submit a written request for a refund within the After 6 months of the service start date if they are dissatisfied with the service.
  3. Refunds are subject to review of the service performance and results delivered during the initial period.

Refund Conditions

  1. A refund will only be processed if the client demonstrates dissatisfaction with the services provided due to:
    • Lack of measurable improvement in agreed marketing metrics.
    • Failure to deliver promised campaigns or results as outlined in the agreement.
  2. The following conditions disqualify a client from receiving a refund:
    • Delayed communication or approvals from the client’s end.
    • Scope changes outside the agreed package terms.
    • Termination of the agreement due to reasons unrelated to service quality.

Refund Process

  1. Clients must email their refund request to Refund@musicyrics.com along with:
    • The agreement copy.
    • Reason for dissatisfaction.
    • Supporting evidence (if any).
  2. The company will review the request within 10 business days and provide a resolution.
  3. If eligible, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 business days of approval.

Note

  • Refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the service period.
  • A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
